- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I believe her name is Edalia, she is a receptionist there. Very rude. Never had a Pleasent experience with her. Whether scheduling an appointment or handling a billing matter, she is very unpleasant to work with. She doesn't smile, very unfriendly, shrugs. All in all, unprofessional and not the demeanor of someone you would expect to encounter at a children's doctors office. I gave 3 stars, mainly because the doctors are nice. There is always a long wait time I am never here for less than an hour. I am changing doctors offices not because of the doctors however the way I am treated by one of the receptionist.
